How do guests join an event?
Guests scan the event's QR code or open its link — no account needed. They can take photos right away, and the album reveals at the time the host set.
When do photos appear?
Photos stay hidden until the event's reveal time. Everyone sees the album develop together once the countdown ends.
How do I upgrade my event or manage billing?
Plans and billing are managed on our website at revealroll.com. Sign in there to choose a plan or view your purchase history.
How do I delete my account or photos?
You can delete your account and its data from your account settings, or email us at support@revealroll.com and we'll take care of it.
How do I report a photo?
Use the flag option on any photo in the album. Our team reviews reports and removes content that violates our terms.
